How Can I Get My Password Sent To Me?

I have just spent the better part of 40 mins with Comcast, all b/c I was trying to create a holiday card on Snapfish, and it asked for my login and password.  The password came back as incorrect, so I clicked on the highlighted area "forgot password".  Then it sent me to Comcast.  I tried to explain to someone but apparently I was speaking apples and she only spoke oranges.  40+ minutes later I am completely frustrated.  I just want to create a card.  But if it's too much trouble, I'll go somewhere else!!!
