Debiting My Bank Account.

5 months ago today i took advantage of an introductory offer for sirius radio. i told the person on the phone at the time that i would let him know after the time was up if i wanted to keep it or not and to do not under any circumstances debit my bank account again. my account was debited today for 87.57. i gave no one permission to do this. it has put my bank account in overdraft and i want it returned to my account. this is not the proper way to do business. you should have notified me by mail as to your intentions and how much and for how long this is good for. what exactly does this 87.57 cover. answer this e-mail or i will go to my bank this afternoon and have them reverse this charge since it was not authorized. i am not putting my bank information in the e-mail because you obviously have it.

I am not an employee or anyone that has any standing with Sirius Radio, but unless you have it in writing, then I'm afraid there is not much you can do. By accepting the free trial, you authorized Sirius to remove funds from your account unless you discontinued service at the end of the free trial. This is how all or at least most free trials work, and you can most likely find this in their "terms" link on their website.

I would recommend taking action with your bank, and requesting that the charges be removed because you did not knowingly authorize the debit. The bank will then deal with Sirius to get the issue resolved and will reinstate any funds and overdrafts that we associated with this.

I have gone through this with a few companies, and I have never had any problems getting the charges removed from my bank.
