Connection Error

took my machine to my mothers and it worked fine. brought it home but didn't use it. took it back out there and hooked it up but it keeps telling me I have a connection error. The machine has only been used a few times and I followed the instructions on properly bringing it up several times but still keep getting that message. Anybody got any suggestions?
