There are several things you can do to speed up your sewing:

1. Use the right needle and thread - Using the right needle and thread for the fabric you are knitting can make a big difference in the speed at which you can knit. A yarn that is too fine or too coarse can slow you down.

2. Using a high quality sewing machine - A high quality sewing machine with a powerful motor can make it easier to sew quickly and efficiently. Look for a machine that mills at high speed and provides a smooth and consistent feed.

3. Use Good Posture - Maintaining good posture while knitting can help you move faster and avoid fatigue. Sit up straight, keep your shoulders relaxed and your arms and legs in a comfortable position.

4. Use right foot pedal pressure - Changing the foot pedal pressure of your sewing machine can help you sew faster. Experiment with different pressures until you find one that works for you.

5. Use shortcuts - You can use many shortcuts to speed up your sewing process. For example, instead of cutting the strands after each strand, you can chain your strands together and cut all the strands at once.

6. Plan ahead - Planning your embroidery project in advance can help you be more efficient. Organize your fabrics and accessories and plan how you will sew your pieces.

Remember to always prioritize safety over speed when knitting. Sewing too quickly can increase the risk of accidents and mistakes, so it's important to take your time and sew comfortably.
