Wrong Code Was Answered- My Problem Is E4 - Not E7!

I'm sorry to be so persistent, but the answer for the E7 problem was so good- easy to understand and performing the task looked like no problem. Unfortunately, my problem with my Singer Stylist, 7258, is that the error code E4 keeps flashing, and until I can make that go away, the machine stays absolutely frozen. Anybody know what to do? Thanks, Yvonne
