My Pay As You Go $10 International Calling App Cannot Connect Me To India!

My pay as you go $10 international calling app does not recognize that I am not using "THE UNLIMITED INTERNATIONAL CALLING $10 APP"...was I was using almost a year back, and all of a sudden, it says I have insufficient funds..Well, the app used to recognize my pay-as-you-go account until this afternoon but woulod not connect me through to the numbers I call everyday.., however, apparently the customer service has fixed this for me....and now, the service fails to recognize I am not using the "UNLIMITED CALLING PLAN"....This is crazy... I wished they realized when people have such apps, they have it because they need to get in touch with people that are in the other end of the world...and somewhere it would be late in the night by the time they manage to fix it for me...in case they do.I was holding on the line for about 40 mins really hoping they fix it, but they ended up messing it more for me. I cannot explain how mad I am right now. I cannot get in touch with my family back home on my sister's first death anniversary!I ABSOLUTELY HATE SIMPLE MOBILE AND THE INTERNATIONAL CALLING APPS!
