Resent Order Sent Out 11/11/2015. I Was To Receive Free Shipping And Noticed I

I recently placed an order and according to tracking it was sent out 11/11/2015.I WAS to receive FREE SHIPPING and noticed I have been billed $19.98.How do I receive the credit.I also forgot to order another calendar I had created at the same time and could not add the 5 calendar to my order.I wanted to receive the 50% OFF as well as the FREE SHIPPING.Please help me so I can have my shipping credit and another calendar ordered at 50% OFF,
