The Cash Register Draw Is Not Opening.

Greetings. First, do note that there is a manual switch you can use to open the drawer. Secondly, you may need to master reset the register if you are having a malfuntion. Resetting the register means you will lose all data and will have to reprogramme it afterwardst. Below are the steps to be taken to reset the register.
OK you turn off the wallpower
Take out the memory back-up batteries usually found under the till roll
Turn the mode switch to REG
Power on with wall power the machine will beep 3 times it is now reset
Re-insert the batteries
You will then need to re-program
