Error Message/register Will Not Close Out
My Sharp UP700 will not run closing reports. It will run a cashiers report but when trying to run EOD, it says 00002 and waits then it has an error message that says "Power Off" The power is obviously on as it will run the cashiers report but will not run EOD or close down. HELP!

It is waiting for machine number two in the network. It suggests that machine number two has had its power turned off. You must be running a consolidated report which is being gathered from more than one cash register but it cannot find the other register on the network. Make sure the network cables are plugged in correctly and the other register is turned on. If this is a standalone machine, run a normal report instead of consolidated.
