My Sharp Up-700 Won't Turn On

it's plugged into a working outlet and switch is to the on position, key is not in the off postio. Was working well before I stored it , any suggestions?

Refer to pages 217 & 228 of the user guide for help in troubleshooting. This is the link:

Depending on how long the unit has been in storage th memory could have been erased due to the battery discharging.

This youtube video explains how to reset a sharp till which may solve it.
