Top Cover, Plastic Piece That Tears The Paper
I'm Looking To Get A Replacemet Part For This, But Can't Find Anything Anywhere,any Ideas?

I have searched as you without success. If you can buy a set of diamond files for small repairs and then try to sharpen the blade with a new edge, they are available for home design work and model building. Not expensive but useful.
