How to tell the copier to printer a certain number of pages and then staple

Tried to edit my original post to add:
in order to be able to see the stapler(finisher) you must run the autoconfiguration tool that is found in the print driver. Right click on print driver(windows), select properties, then select CONFIGURATION. Then click on autocofngiuration. THe driver will contact the machine to see which features are present. A hand will point to all that the machine has, and you click on the bubble beside each hand. then select ok.
Now you should be able to access the finisher(stapler/paperpunch/trays 2-4 if present, etc etc)
