those are the part numbers for the inverters and the main.
If you are getting the "power LED" blinking once green, pauses and repeats, then you have a back light error. This could be one of the four inverter boards above or one of the many back lights (florescent tubes) inside the LCD panel (this requires a ew LCD panel, and it's too expensive to fix).
Sharp as a feature that when the back lights fail you can turn it back on until the count reaches 5 time, then the set will not turn back on. To allow the tech to test it, there is a back door way to restart it. Unplg the AC cord, press and hold the [volume down] and the [input] buttons on the TV keyboard. Plus the Ac cord back in and once the "power LED" turns green then release the buttons.
Although the troubleshooting procedures are not easy without proper electronic test equipment, you can do this in a dark room and watchin the screen to see if there is any of the lamps light up (these are horizontally mounted in a grid behind the glass LCD display). If one of these fails to light up there will be a band (darker area) across the picture. This will either be the bad lamp or the output stage of one of the inverter board. If it's on the top or bottom can narrow down which inverter board might have the problem.
I recommend a tech check it out for a estimate.
