Sharp Aqous- Lc-32m400m, Power On/standby Mode
always in a red blink standby mode, i can't power on using remote control and main power... what to do?? please help!

This is an over-seas model so I cannot look up the parts used in this model, but that error is a back light error. It could be either the inverter, one of the lamps inside the panel, or the power/inverter board (on some models the power supply and the inverter are combined onto one board). If one of the lamps is bad or the stage on the inverter board that controls that lamp is bad then when you force it to come on (see procedure below) you will see the picture come on and there will be an area that is darker than the rest where that lamp is phsically located behind the LCD screen inside the panel assembly. You will need to take it to a shop to have a technician determine if it is the inverter stage of if the panel has a bad lamp and needs to be replaced.
To force it on, unplug the AC cord, press and hold the [vol down] and the [input] buttons on the TV keyboard. while holding them down plug in the AC cord. hold then until the power LED light up green, then release the buttons. In a dark room watch the panel start to glow, and watch for areas that are darker. this will help determine which stage/lamp has a failure. If it trys to turn on, but the panel never starts to glow, then the inverter is bad.
