Sharp El-1197 12 Digit

How do I set the decimal point to where it is normally seen, as 1.00?The place where I'd do that brings up everything but that. F 6 3 2 1 0 none make it in the tens column. I'm sure it's something simple, but .....

DECIMAL SELECTOR:

Presets the number of decimal places in the answer. In the ''F''

position, the answer is displayed in the floating decimal system.
