Warrenty Repair, Kenmore Dishwasher

After four days of continual attempts to have my dishwasher repaired, (4 mos old and still under warrenty) why am I not getting a response? We used to get immediate response from local retail store but apparently that has gone by the wayside? So much for Kenmore quality and service?
