Have upgraded to window 8.1. Computer will now not recognize GoFlex. What next

If the device is having a hard time being detected check on seagate's site or even window's device manager for the latest updates. If you do not find any updates reinstall the drivers. That is the only way to correct software and hardware connections because drivers are what link the two. If you are still out of look get seagate support to assist you, tell them the issue and you can proceed to fix the issue from there. :)
