To clear the memory you have to delete paired devices:DELETE A DEVICE:
  1. Select SETTINGS from the Home screen.
  2. Select DEVICES.
  3. Select BLUETOOTH® and turn setting ON.
  4. Select the DEVICE # you wish to delete.
  5. Select UNPAIR THIS DEVICE to unpair device.
  6. Select YES
