Saturn Vue 2008 Lumbar Knob Ring Replacement

the plastic ring with 3 tabs (one broke off)  and knob will not stay in place - where can i buy replacement part

the knob is PN: 19210415 and the knob bezel (flat piece) is PN:96839555.

I got them from the GM dealer. 20 bucks for both
