How do i turn on my ac. Its digital and ive never had digital till now.

First make sure that there is no cover on the unit outside. Also check the filter. Make sure it is clean. Next, go to the t-stat and turn it to cool, fan on auto, and turn it down. The indoor fan should come on,and the condenser should come on. If neither don't, check breaker box for the furnace and A/C breakers.
There are many types of controls, some are fairly easy to use, some are programed, and you would need a manual. If there is a college in your area, you might try gathering as much information as possible and getting advice from the Heating and Air Conditioning instructor.
