Sanyo Em700t U-wave

When pluged to outlet the u-wave oven starts functioning all ok but only max half an hour and then doesnt accept any more command keys. There are some electr. parts that heat up fast (2 zener diodes and 2 resistors 120 ohms and one transistor). I cleaned contacts, exchanged two elect. caps but problem remains. Could not find schematics for it. Thank you.
