Sanyo Dp50749 No Pix No Sound

WE CHECK POWER SUPPLY AND HAS FULL VOLTAGE IF MATHER BOARD IS OPEN FROM CONTROL PCB TV DOES NOT TURN OFF IF WE CONNECT TV SHUTS OFF AND ON, IS THE CONTROL BOARD? IF YES WHAT IS THE PART# THANK YOU BOB
