How do I change the resolution on my Sanyo TV?Related. You can adjust the picture on your Sanyo TV to make it suit your needs. Press "Menu" on the remote that came with the Sanyo TV or on the TV itself. Highlight "Picture" using the arrow keys on the remote and then press "Enter" to bring up a list of the five picture modes on your TV.
