Sandisk Ultra 128 Gb Micro Sd Xc Card Only Showing 31 Mb Of Space?

So I have encountered this error, where my phone no longer accepts my SD Card. Then I plugged it into my computer and opened disk manager. There it says that the SD Card has 31 MB Healthy (Primary Partition), but in 'Properties' it tells me that the capacity of the device is 0 bytes. What I have done so far via cmd:- create partition primary:"No useable free extent could be found. It may be that there is insufficient free space to create a partition at the specified size and offset. Specify different size and offset value or don't specify either to create the maximum sized partition. It may be that the disk is partitioned using the MBR disk partitioning format and the disk contains either 4 primary partitions (no more partitions may be created), or 3 primary partitions and one extended partition, (only logical drives may be created)."- format fs=fat32 (or any other, i've tried all of them)"0 percent completed. Virtual Disk Service error: The volume size is too small"I've tried partitioning via explorer, via diskmgmt.msc and via AOMEI Partition Assistant, all with the result that I can't partition this device.I've tried opening the SD Card via Ubuntu, because I thought maybe it's only readable by a Linux System, but that's not the case. Ubuntu is able of only seeing 32 MB on the disk, and no unallocated space, so I can't just add a new partition covering the missing space, because no OS can actually see or access that space because it's just not there. I can't partition the SD Card in Ubuntu either, I can't write or read or access the card in any way.I've tried booting into my recovery stick (https://www.system-rescue-cd.org/), but I can't access the SD Card from there. So, as you can see, I'm quite at the end of my not so great knowledge, and I would appreciate any help of you. Throwing away the SD Card is not an option, because they're not that cheap; and, there is no data to be lost because I luckily have a backup.I've already seen many forums where people had the same problem and none of their solutions did work or they didn't find a solution, so I've tried to be as specific as I could to make it possible for you to help me.Looking forward to hearing from you :)Lukas

Some card readers or host devices are not compatible. If the reader or host is not compatible with the larger capacity the card will be re partitioned to a size that is supported. If you experience this issue you will need to use a reader or host that supports the full capacity of the card and use the SD formatter to recover the full capacity.
