Not Enough Water. Clothes Are Dry Mid-cycle.
I have a Samsung WF42H5200A front loading model and it does not fill with enough water to wash my clothes. If I stop the load mid-cycle, clothes in the middle are still dry. It does not pump enough water in to dilute the bleach or the fabric softener and my "clean" clothes are spotted with blue fabric softener or white bleach spots at the end of the cycle. I can put more water in from the top drawer, but I would prefer to adjust the machine to give me more water. The videos online showing how to adjust a screw to accomplish this are for an older model. When I remove the top, I do not have a screw toward the front right hand side that I can turn to adjust the water. Please help!
