Press talk button down until the blue light is constant. Activate bluetooth on your new phone and search for the device. It will show up WEP475 as a recognized device. Ask the device to connect to WEP475. If it asks for Pin, enter 0000 (4 zeros) and it should connect.

Download manual from http://www.samsung.com/in/consumer/mobile-phone/mobile-phone/mobile-phone-accessories/AWEP475ISECINU-support?subsubtype=mono-bluetooth It should do the job.

Since you do not mention the phones ID, then I suggest go into your phone menu, go to settings, find the bluetooth setting and choose connect to the bluetooth device. Hope this helps.
