I'm unable to on my bluetooth WEP450

press both the volume buttons together for a few seconds... light should flash red & blue and still its not working than
This is what you should do:-
1. open the headset by following these steps:
2. measure the voltage of the battery. If it is too low, the internal charger circuit may not like it. Mine was 2.6v.
3. Charge the battery "manually" by connecting to 3 serially connected rechargeable batteries (final voltage should be around 3.7v). Three NiMH AA batteries are fine.
4. Reassemble and hope your headset is back to business.

Connect Level Active to a Device
- Set the Level Active to pairing mode. Power on the headset, and press and hold the Multifunction/Talk button for 3 seconds. The indicator light will flash red and blue.
- Pair the device to Level Active. On the device, turn on Bluetooth, and then touch the Samsung Level Active from the list of available devices.
