Wa456 Washing Machine

Please help, tomorrow I will be receiving my 3rd Sam sung WA456 machine. Is there anyone else out there having problems with the "aqua jet" feature. Every time I use it, the machine leaks. We have checked all connections, the machine is level ex. Also, it only happens when there is clothing in the machine, when a test run is done (machine empty) it works fine. Can anyone help! Again, this is now going to be the 3rd machine being delivered tomorrow.

You are right. It leaks...it is a design flaw, no matter what Samsung says...

We just bought a WA456, it looked really nice, and I liked the Aqua-Jet feature (concept). It is a HE washer, uses little water like a front loader. The agitator works well, and the cloths come out clean.

However!! Be aware, the Aquatet feature, as it waterfalls onto the cloths during the spinning part of the wash cycle, LEAKS. Only in AquaJet mode, it splashes water up over the drum and floods from everywhere. We had a technician come out to verify this.

**And note, Aquajet mode without any cloths in the drum does not leak. ONLY when cloths are in it, 100% without a doubt, leaks.

We bought it at Lowes, they sent out a replacement unit. Same problem.

Lowes has been very accommodating, I am pleased with them. They are going to swap out the WA456 for a new model of our choice. In the meantime, we have been using the washer, not with the AquaJet, and it performs well. But their main "unique" tag-line feature is flawed in the design.
