How Do I Get Pictures Off My T249r Samsung Phone
Hello. What cable do I need to transfer the pictures i have on my phone to my pc? do i need any software as well? thanks in advance.

You'll need a usb cord from your data port to a usb on your PC. Your Pc shoulf list it as a drive in Windows Explorer. If you have an issue with the phone not displaying you should perform this reset on your phone.
This issue can be resolved by performing a soft reset: power down the device, remove the battery for several minutes, then re-insert and power up. Should this not resolve your issue, try utilizing a different USB port. Should issues remain, please contact Chat support at http://www.samsung.com/us/support/or call Samsung Customer Support at our toll free number 1-888-987-4357 between the hours 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, CST. From there, a representative can assist you further!
