Video To Replace Ice Maker Which Is Not Making Ice By Samsung.

Do you have a vdieo on how to replace an ice maker on a Samsung model no. RF267ABRS and the number for the ice maker is BOM NAME RF267ACRS/XAA. Tried the reset bottom and nothing happened. The bar appears to be stuck in the down position. Also wondering if you pull the maker out, is it attached to something in the back that cannot be seen without hurting the maker. We purchased the refridgerator from Lowe's June of 2009.
