The Chute To The Lower Ice Storage Bin Is Blocked, How Do I Unblock It?
Lower bin no longer gets ice because chute is blocked with ice. How do I unclog the back chute?

In the User Manual, it states do not put your hand/fingers, etc in the chute/ice maker as it may damage it. Therefore, I would advise calling Samsung Support for troubleshooting at 1-800-726-7864.
Alternatively, if necessary, you may schedule repairs for a technician to work on this for you.
