Why is my Samsung refrigerator leaking water from underneath?

If you find water in your crisper drawers, or notice the refrigerator leaking water on the floor, it's likely due to a clogged defrost drain. The refrigerator's automatic defrost system includes a drain tube that deposits excess water into the drain pan. Once in the pan, the water typically evaporates.
