The best thing I can think of is that perhaps you're trying to use the Crushed mode simultaneously with the Water mode, which can't be done. Otherwise, you could refer to this RepairClinic page to see if any of the solutions there might apply. In the worst case, I'm afraid you'll have to use professional service
