Ice
our ice despencer is not working. we have ice but it wont come down the shoot. what could be wrong

If you hear a clicking sound when you press the ice actuator paddle then you know it is working. If not then you have a failed actuator solenoid. If it is working go to next step.
Remove your ice catch container and dump the ice and clean out the dispenser & auger. Reinstall the ice container and give it 24 hours to refill the catch container. Try your ice dispenser.
