Problem With Water Collecting Under Vegetable Trays And Sometimes Freezing
Samsung refrigerator RF217ABBP water collecting. Have wiped it out many times, changed the energy setting, changed the temperature. Would defrosting it help?

Probably caused by the extreme difference between the bottom freezer & the frig bottom causing condensation. I can find no info on a cure, but suggest either adjusting the freezer temp up a little or the frig temp down incrementally to find the best temp variance to stop the condensing.
