I Have Had A Problem With The Frig Not Cooling Properly...temp Fluctuates

Power flicked on & off quickly during storm....freezer fine, but frig not cooling enough reset several times frig still not normal....power flicked on/off before several times, and no problems until now.....to reset, I pushed 2 top buttons on display for 8-10 seconds, then set temps for both frig and freezer...is that correct researched online maybe thermal fuse ????
