Samsung Pn50a510p3f - Maintenance Guide And Parts?

I'm have black horizontal lines along the top of my Samsung PN50A510P3F and one line going vertically on my screen. I've already tried calling Samsung support and they refused to help without emptying my wallet just to take a look at it before even making any repairs (Will be the last Samsung product I will EVER invest in, seeing as how I seem to be one of many having the same issue with no resolution with their company). I have reviewed a few videos online and think I have a basic understanding of how to fix it. Does anyone know if I can get a maintenance guide or "how to" manual and where I can buy parts to do the work myself?
