Samsung Recovery?

i cant use samsung recovery solution 4 on my NP-R530-JA08UK laptop.... my laptop has run out of usable memory randomly and i have tried to remove everything manual toobut it still says my memory is full... i tired samsung recovery but it says i dont have an restore/history so i cant restore it... i need your help to find a way to get my laptop back to factory settings so i have my memory back.
