Our Samsung Electric Range Is A High Risk Safety Hazard.

Our Samsung range that we purchased July, 2012 has been a problem since I first started using it, but I thought I just had to get used to it.  It has been hard to regulate the cooking temp. It seems to have a 'mind of its' own' with erratic changes in temp. without anyone touching the control.  Tonight while cooking dinner for guests it completely went crazy.  It made a loud noise, showed a fire spark, gave my husband a hefty electric shock and totally shut down and took our entire house electric power with it.  My husband checked the power panel and flipped all the thrown breakers.  The range came back on but I was afraid of it afterwards.  We have an extended warranty on this range. There is a major problem with it somewhere.  Do you know if any of these ranges have been recalled?
