Samsung S380c Phone Suddenly Blacks Out

This has happened twice: during a conversation on a fully charged phone, I hear 3 faint beeps, then the phone buzzes/vibrates, then a message with the word "tracfone" appears briefly on the screen, then all goes black. Phone will not start.I plug in the charger and after a few minutes of charging, the normal homescreen will show up, the 5 bars are full, and everything is normal.But that thing that happens, it's as if something came along and in a 1-second ZAP it drained all the juice from the phone and killed it.What is going on please?Please don't suggest that maybe I was mistaken, and the charge was low. I rarely leave home and ALWAYS keep it fully charged. It had 5 bars both times when this happened.
