Bluetooth Not Connecting To Phone

I just bought the Samsung hm1700 and Cant get it connected ttys my new galaxy android please help

To connect your phone and tablet computer via bluetooth, you have to activate the bluetooth feature of both devices. Please refer to the user's manual on how you can activate the bluetooth of your Samsung HM1700 phone. Here's the link to the user's manual:
