Disable Popup Blocker

H ow do I turn off the popup blocker I cant fill out an application cause its not lettin it pop up

Follow these instructions:

1. Open the Browser

2. Open "Advanced" Menu

* Note that on Chrome, you need to go to "Content Setting"

3. Uncheck "Block Pop-ups" button (For Android Default browser, find it under "Page Content" section)
