Dvd Stuck
My DVD/VHS dual player will not open to to allow me to retreve my disk. It makes a noise but only flashes (OPEN). Is there a way I can retreve my disk without removing unit? It is not in warranty.

If there is a very small hole in front that should be the emergency eject. Straighten a paper clip and push it in. That will eject the DVD.
If not your only choice may be to open the unit up.

There is nothing specifically mentioned about resetting the unit but sometimes you can hold down the power button while plugging these things in and they will reset. That "might" help.
