Dryer Shutting Off

Our dryer shutting off constantly after about 15 minutes into the cycle....after the first 15 minutes its every 5 minutes or so.  I have replaced the thermostats, and the thermosistor.  We get no errors it just shuts off and you can't even press the power button.  When it comes back on it comes back in a paused state.

On occasion fabric softener sheets will leave a residual film on the sensor bars causing them not to be conductive.

Running your finger across the bars you will feel a coating on the bars.

This can be cleaned off with alcohol. Make sure you inform the customer the cause and how to clean the film so in the future they can perform the maintenance themselves.
