What's The Best Way To Replace A Drum Wrapper? Mine Has A Blowout Near The Seam.

The dryer is 1.5 yrs old. no warranty. The support roller in the rear broke a 5" gash into the drum wrapper next to the seam and against the felt gasket. I am a mechanic and would like to know how I can replace the drum wrapper. Also, do you have a service manual?
