Our Samsung Dishwasher:dmr57lfs Will Not Come On. We Called The Support

service, but they want to charge 180.00 just to come out to our house to look at it and see what's wrong with it. Which is crazy! If anybody can help us out with this we will be greatful. the dishwasher is only 2 years old.
