Lg Tv Screen Broken Upon Opening Box

I purchsed a LG42E7300 from their auction site. Unforuntently, I did not open this box for 6 weeks due to the Christmas holidays. When I opened the box today I found the screen broken. The policy for the auction site is 30 days after that you must go to LG.
