Returning Items

I need to return 2 lipsticks that were purchased in Santa Barbara, CA. I live in Maryland so I can't take them back to the original store.  I tried to return them to the Saks Outlet store in Hanover, MD but they wouldn't take them since they don't carry Tom Ford cosmetics.  I'd like to try sending them back for refund.  The website says to send them back with a return form.  Where can I get a return form?

I checked the website aswell and found that there is no indication of where the return form would be found at. I suggest that you call them at 1-877-551-7257and request them to give you a return form.
