I Don't Have A Question, I Have A Complaint.

I have been a very loyal customer with safeco insurance. My house was broken into and robbed on july 16 while my daughter was hiding in the closet in fear of her life. I am still dealing with this. I paid my premium faithfully every month on time and never miss a payment. I have been investigated as I committed a crime. This is the very first time I every filed a claim. I have been asked personal questions that was really no one business but mine. I given recorded statement. I feel as if i was white, I would have been treated like this. Our sense of security is gone. I can't sleep, can,t eat and now I am dealing with an insurance company that I paid my premium faithfully and put my faith in to do what you were paid to do but they are not taking care of me. I am tired, frustration and highly upset. I am tired of fighting. Please do what you are suppose to do.
