The Light Will Flash And The Product Will Not Charge After It Has Been Plugged

in for 30 hours. The behavior does follow the rules as stated on page 9 and the product has previously. Do you know if this will occur if the battery is no longer functioning?

Hi. You may have to double check availability of adequate voltage from the AC adapter but this must likely mean that the rechargeable battery is due for replacement.
